BIO

Grace is a Registered Social Worker (RSW, MSW) with over 14 years of experience in healthcare planning and service navigation. She promotes partnerships among multidisciplinary teams that provide social, occupation, and mental health supports. Grace enjoys maintaining positive relationships between the teams she works with as part of connecting her clients with the services they need. She engages with clients in a non-judgmental way through active listening and offers constructive feedback to motivate them to achieve their wellness goals.

Drawing from her background as a Registered Social Worker, Grace possesses practical insights and a deep understanding of current healthcare and social service care offerings in government, community, and hospital settings. Her objective is to provide support and guidance to her clients so that they can enjoy a full and satisfying life. In addition to her professional involvement, Grace is a dedicated mother who finds joy in engaging in beach volleyball and dancing. Her adventurous nature drives her to constantly explore new opportunities and experiences.
