About our clinic

Nazca Health offers a wide range of services with a focus on mental health. Our services include psychotherapy, clinical counselling, dietitian services, personal training, life coaching, naturopathic medicine, speech-language pathology, and physiotherapy. All sessions are held on a secure virtual platform.

Nazca Health does not provide medical services (MD) and may be unable to provide services to clients with a past history of mental health issues requiring the care of a medical professional. Suitability for services at Nazca Health will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our management team. Please note that our services are not a substitute to mental health care services provided by your primary care provider or medical specialist.

Our service providers are highly qualified, licensed, and experienced professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Each member of our team is in good standing with their provincial licensing body and hold required certifications in their respective fields.

Our clinic offers services for the treatment of depression, anxiety, chronic stress, substance use disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic pain conditions. Nazca Health’s holistic approach to mental health care draws on the expertise of our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care plans that will best suit your needs.

Nazca Health relies on exclusionary criteria to ensure that everyone seeking mental health services is connected to the appropriate level of care.

Mental health symptoms such as psychosis, mania, and suicidality require assessment and treatment by a medical doctor (MD) and typically require the use of pharmacologic medications for symptom control. Nazca Health does not offer medical care and clinic services should be used only as a complement to such.

Nazca Health provides services to clients of age 18 and above. We are unable to provide services to children, adolescents, and youth given the level of need of this client population.

If our services are not appropriate for your health and wellness needs, we recommend that you contact your primary care practitioner (MD) to support you in coordinating access to other service providers.

Please note that if you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health crisis and you are concerned for your safety or that of others, there is always help available. Contact your local crisis line, emergency services (911), or head to your nearest emergency department.
