Help Ahead is a centralized phone line in the GTA that helps caregivers navigate mental health resources for youth under the age of 18. Individuals can call Help Ahead for a one time consultation and they will direct you to the most appropriate mental health agency with the shortest waitlist in your area.

Provides confidential support services for post-secondary students in Ontario and Nova Scotia.

This is a service offered at Sunnybrook Hospital for individuals aged between 13 and 16 living in the Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto, or York regions that offers navigation to mental health and addiction supports.
