Ashiana Rizal

Ashiana graduated from the Daphne Cockwell School of Nursing at Toronto Metropolitan University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.N). Her passion for delivering exceptional mental health care led her to pursue a nursing career in the field of adult inpatient psychiatry. Through this endeavour, she has supported clients facing acute psychological and emotional distress, ensuring their well-being through continuous evaluation of psychiatric and medical conditions.

Ashiana enjoys self-development practices to foster personal growth.She practices mindfulness, meditation, yoga, journaling and advocacy for environmental sustainability. This commitment to personal growth leads to introspection and a deeper understanding of herself, which in turn strengthens her ability to provide compassionate care to her clients. Ashiana is also dedicated to environmental sustainability and caring for pets. She has recently launched her own small business, aiming to have positive impact in both areas.
