Bio

Jasun is a Mindfulness Coach with over a decade of experience in mindfulness practice combining a Buddhist and secular approach to training. This endeavour has led him to cultivate his expertise in centres around the world including India, Nepal, California, New York, and Canada. Jasun draws upon a holistic approach that incorporates breath work, movement practices, and a blend of formal and informal meditation techniques. His expertise enables him to support others as they develop and enhance their mindfulness skills. As an avid hiker and adventurer, Jasun finds the opportunity to traverse some of nature’s most challenging landscapes as a source of both accomplishment and tranquility. His treks have included Nepal’s Annapurna Circuit, Yukon’s Tombstone National Park, Iceland’s Eyjafjallajökul Glacier, and British Columbia’s West Coast Trail. (He views a physically active lifestyle as essential to promoting his mental wellbeing and to take on life’s greatest challenges. He currently holds a senior leadership position in the post-secondary sector at one of Canada’s leading universities.
