Tristan is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) committed to supporting her clients through a variety of modalities. Her approach to therapy is person-centred and focuses on collaboration and transparency towards determining and providing the best treatment approach that fits the demands of the mental health challenge being faced.

Tristan ensures that her therapeutic work is trauma informed, inclusive, and approached with anti-oppressive lenses to ensure the needs of her clients are met. Collaboratively, she aims to help others develop unique plans so they feel equipped to handle challenging situations in life.

Tristan recognizes that seeking support can be a stressful and daunting experience, and thus is focused on making the experience empowering and accessible. Through therapy, her goal is to create a safe space for all different communities to use as a foundation to pursue their personal development. Tristan looks forward to meeting her clients and discussing the potential for mental health promotion that can be done together.
