You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves."

Isha received her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2021, and Bachelors with Honors in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Calgary. She holds certifications in Medical Therapeutic yoga and has training in Pelvic Floor physiotherapy.
